Why are our cartridges are better?

We use the original plastic shells, but we NEVER just refill them. Each cartridge is completely rebuilt to original specifications manually – at our local plants in Michigan – and not by an automated process. Fresh parts make a big difference. Many parts of a cartridge deteriorate over time. When you order from PEX, you are 100% guaranteed to get a cartridge that’s typically made in the last few weeks, and not one that came off a slow boat from the Far East, or has been sitting on the shelf for months or possibly even years. Because we believe that fresh parts and a fresh build matters and makes a much better product.
